HOW TO SCALE A STORE TO 3K/DAY IN ONE MONTH

From scratch with ZERO pixel data

{THREAD}
First of all, don’t choose a product to sell, choose a market to sell to

Find a market that is proven to convert, then sell a product in that market that can add value to your customers life
Women are more likely to purchase online than men...

A lot of woman feel passionate about how their skin looks

Sell a unique skin care product targeting women
Although you can’t just find any face lotion and expect it to sell...

Find something unique, Example->

All Natural, Vegan, Exfoliating, Includes natural minerals, etc...

Grab the customers attention with a unique selling point and explain how it WILL improve their life
Once you know what you’re selling, you need to create a brand based around that product

You can’t just throw the product on a shitty looking landing page and expect it to convent

Do some market research and check out how your big competitors are positioning their landing page
Build a landing page on http://shopify.com

Don’t use the default theme. Use a paid theme, or download ( http://debutify.com  ) to your store

Don’t put too much copy on the page

Use headlines, short copy, and images/gifs to grab attention

Nobody is reading a paragraph
You need some apps to increase your conversion rate.. don’t need much, but some help

-Converion+ / Adds reserved cart timer
-Hurrify / Use for inventory left; creates urgency to buy
-Sales pop / Social proof on landing page
-Volume and tiered discounts / Avg order value increase
Okay, you’re ready to launch

But you need creatives...

I recommend http://viralecomadz.com , they create some nice vids

Or you can create your own using an editing program if that’s something you’re decent at
Set up a Facebook ads campaign

Create a page post for your video ad and use it as the video you select in your ads

Campaign budget optimization @ $50/day

4-8 ad sets

Target 1 interest per ad set

Target USA, Canada, Australia, Germany, France

Age + gender depend on product
This is the Facebook ads setup you should use to test new products

Once you find a product bringing you sales, start duplicating your ad sets that are winning into new campaigns and narrowing down different things to test
If you do this for a few weeks, you will have a good amount of data collected

You can then start to implement more detailed ways of targeting/re-targeting

This is when you go from 1-3k days to 5-10k days
I hope this thread helped at least one person who is looking to get started with e-commerce🤞
