We saw #alexkwon met #Dosan parent. He was from SSto (7th world most valuable tech company). He's the one that recommended #Samsantech to #sandbox and interested to become their mentor. Is he interested to invest later? Still mistery #StartUp #StartUpEp10 #NamDoSan #TeamNamDoSan

We saw #alexkwon again in #StartUpEp9. He interested in one of the team ( #samsantech?) & want to bring them to silicon valley. He looked forward to Demo Day & will pick the team that will make money. I thought he will be an investor. #StartUp #StartUpEp10 #NamDoSan #TeamNamDoSan

In #StartUpEp10 we finally saw him approaching #namdosan with a job offer: working as an engineer in Ssto Silicon Valley. Turn out that He was interested only with #dosan as a genius programmer. He's coming as geek hunter (talent scouter) not an investor. #StartUp #TeamNamDoSan

Alex Kwon 1st offer: work as an engineer with the best salary: 300.000$ per year, stock options 1.5 billion$ for 4 years. If #NamDoSan ok then his income will surpass #HanJipyeong by 100.000$. This option is good opportunity for #dosan but bad news for #samsantech #StartUpEp10

#NamDosan choose #samsantech. Then alex kwon countered his offer with 3 years in silicon valley with reasoning that work experience in Ssto will benefit them in the future. Better reputation in investor eyes. But samsan tech project noongil will have to be on hold for 3 years.

When #NamDoSan say no many scrutinized him calling him stupid for letting go a big opportunity. It's silicon valley ftw! I don't agree that #dosan motives only based on one person #dalmi. He choose his team & low vision people. Noongil already had traction. He can't leave.

So I respect #namdosan for consistent in choosing the startup way. #Samsantech is his baby. He was bootstrapping for 2 years with Chulsan & Yongsan. If he want to be employee, he won't waste that two years. He'll choose to be an engineer in SK company (like samsung) #TeamNamDoSan

So if anybody strutinized #NamDoSan this choice then they do not understand #StartUp and programmer personality. He was an idealistic programmer. I know coz I was surrounded by programmers daily. Many programmers are loyal to their vision. #NamDoSan #TeamNamDoSan

Silicon valley is not everything if it's mean #dosan have to leave his team and #startup that he built from scratch. #samsantech is his baby. In #StartUpEp10 demo day is coming, very important milestone for his #startup. For success it's now or never! #namdosan #TeamNamDoSan

#dosan know that #dalmi were not in her best mental state while she must do demo day pitch where #samsantech future is at stake. So he needs to man-up. Even though #HanJipyeong provided plan-B, that's for worst case scenario=failure. #namdosan don't want to fail is a good spirit.

So the whole pro-con about what's best between encouragement vs plan B vs plan success vs no plan B kinda irks me. You take any leverage for success. You prepare backup. You appreciate encouragement. #dosan remember he had leverage, alex interest on him. #NamDoSan #TeamNamDoSan

What is #NamDoSan plan? Will he go to silicon valley? It's a cliffhanger. We only hear that he don't want to use plan b, failure. All hell break loose and #dosan scrutinized a lot when we haven't heard what his plan really is. While other scrutinized #jipyeong for his plan B. Sad

Both #namdosan and #hanjipyeong are missunderstood a lot. To understand #dosan you must understand what's it's like to be a programmer who aspired to found #startup.

What's his plan? My prediction is that he will try to counter alex offer, wings for samsantech. Not for himself working as engineer of SSto but for his team. Making rumor into reality.

The rumor is that SSto tries to find global partner for AI technology. The reality is Alex came as talent scouter for #namdosan. So seeing the preview next week #samsantech will fight with #injaecompany to be SSTo AI Global Partner.

#namdosan being a main lead, it's not about just the girl. It's his journey as a sole original founder of a start-up: #samsantech. Startup critical 5 years. In 2016 he get into accelerator after 2 years bootstrapping. Can he grow? Will he make it to series A in another 3 years?
