Both Russia & China have deployed their vaccines to people without finishing the final trial. So you ask, what's the difference b/n the US & China vaccines?

Moderna, which uses a much more advanced & brand new technique that DOES NOT HAVE ANY VIRUS IN IT but rather a new type of mRNA vaccines, a brand-new technology that has a piece of genetic code that trains the immune system to recognize the spiked protein on the surface of virus.
Moderna got 94.5% protection, based on trials of 30k people w/ half w/ 2 doses 4 wks apart & half dummy injections. Very few side effects as well.
The company hopes to make 1bn does for global use in 2021 & seeking approval.
