why aging up minors to sexualize then isn’t okay:
first of all, did u actually age them up correctly or did u just slap a number on them to lewd them? have they grown / developed physically or mentally ?? because if they haven’t ur still using the character as a minor, u just claimed to have aged them up.
second, aging them up to sexualize them isn’t okay, even if u have developed them physically and mentally. it’s not your character to age up and when u age up a character only to lewd them, it means u viewed them as attractive and lewdable when they were still a minor.
and third, fiction affects reality !! by sexualizing characters that are minors and aging them up to do that, ur normalizing these actions not just in the anime community but many others, and someone will eventually act on them because they see it as normalized.
also, if ur excuse is “i’m a minor too though!” just stop pls. i know that as u go thru puberty u will experience different feelings but u should NOT be consuming nsfw content and posting about it online.
and don’t even start with me about saving people who have gone through this irl, because don’t u think i fucking want to ?? i’m a minor and there’s not much i can do right now besides denoate and denormalize the sexualization of minors, in fiction or reality
