I wrote the above thing about Florida and testing. I couldn't add everything I wanted so here is a bit more background.

Here is #SAT test counts for 2020 so far. Near as I can tell from CB data, SATs are 75% below a normal volume.
Depending where you're located in Florida #SAT testing for the last test of the year might be really hard to come by. South Florida seems particularly troublesome.
Florida's love of tests is longstanding and deeply embedded in education in that state.

I mean FL has a Kindergarten Readiness Screener test.

think on that. kindergarten. readiness.
Florida was one of only 11 states that required reaching a particular score on a standardized test to graduate high school; https://www.fairtest.org/graduation-test-update-states-recently-eliminated
Florida also allows high schools students to use an SAT score to satisfy the graduation test requirement, even though a study commissioned by the Florida Department of Education found that the SAT wasn’t fully aligned with state education standards. http://www.fldoe.org/core/fileparse.php/5663/urlt/FeasIBILITYactsat.pdf
Florida also requires passing a test to get promoted from 3rd to 4th grade.
Did I mention the Bright Futures college scholarship is based on SAT and ACT scores? It prompted "legal action" in the early aughts | Latino group files lawsuit over Bright Futures scholarships https://www.tampabay.com/archive/2002/08/27/latino-group-files-lawsuit-over-bright-futures-scholarships/
and for background and context there are 2 Florida University folks are on the CB board of trustees.
so thats a bunch of the background research I did that I couldn't put in the 700 words i had.

Now
In Florida public schools

kindergarten readiness test
public schools rated based on tests
voucher receiving private schools largely avoid tests
test to go to 4th grade
test to exit hs
test to fund college
test to get into college
test to bonus "best" teacher
What has all of this testing gotten Florida Man?
Apparently higher NAEP scores
but.. all that testing earned it one of the lowest average #SAT scores among states A through I
