You did not address the issue of sky rocketing insurance and your comments on leaseholders having more control over waking watches now that you published some date are laughable, we all know that leaseholders have no say in the running of our buildings.
Managing agents decide what happens & they have no care in the world for the abject misery their spending decisions are inflicting on us. Mine delayed the installation of a fire alarm system by two years. We paid for the WW in this time, now for the alarms. The costs are sky high
Your actions & inations, as they stand, are the makings of the biggest scandal in decades in this country. Pple bought their homes in good faith & this will destroy us now.

The worst of it is the dishonesty. You do not want developers to pay. Your fund isn't sufficient, your timelines are not realistic & vast numbers of ppl will be lest out. At least stop insulting our intelligence & pretending otherwise.
By the way, I live in a @Barrattplc development and I'm surprised to hear your praise for them, because they are not fixing the cladding on our 8 buildings, despite the numerous defects. They will not pay, even though their profits would allow them to.
This emotional rant is brought to you through the stress & fear I live with over fires & finances daily. We had another fire scare today by the way. Not that you'd care about the effects of constantl fire scares in a flammable building.
@piersmorgan I don't think you'll read this thread but just in case-pls ask @RobertJenrick on your show about all the issues @mtpennycook so eloquently & clearly set out in his speech.
