1.) You lack a predictable system

Think backward

What would make you buy something over email?

1) Trusting the person that's selling
2) Being placed the right offer in front of your eyes
3) Belive the product is a good fit for you at the current time

Now...
How can you make new subscribers feel this when enrolling in your list?

Using an autoresponder that solves all their answers.

You need a structured way to get people from unaware of your offers to aware that they need your offer (if they're a good fit)
You do that by:

1.) Qualifying your leads in your content/landing page
2.) Letting them know you in the first emails
3.) Explaining your offer

Quality > Nurture > Give Clarity > Sell
2.) You're not promoting enough

Get rid of that mindset, if people like to read what you write, they'll want to receive your emails daily

If they don't, they'll be given a push to unsubscriber

They weren't our ideal readers anyways
You should be emailing more and promoting more if you want people to buy from you

It is what it is
3.) You're holding back

You're keeping everything from your paid content behind the scenes

Why not give them a hint of what they'll get if they pay their hard-earned money?

Readers will feel less anxious about buying, but they'll also now know what type of content you provide
