I used reddit for almost a decade... up until 2016, I know there is a difference.

After Blockstream and Theymos did /r/Bitcoin dirty... room temp IQ is all you have left.

After $ETH went past $10, a bunch of dum dums showed up and ruined /r/ethtrader

The fundamental strength and problem with Reddit is crowdsourcing.

If you're going to find an obscure movie or ID'ing someone, they will find it.

Crowdsourcing fails at getting the correct assessment for risk taking and money making, which is exactly what CT is about!
I've seen three-digit negative posts on reddit that is factually correct but in the wrong sub.

Take /r/investing for example: go talk crypto there 😬

Upvoting and downvoting en masses, is validation of mediocrity.

Upvotes and downvotes by 100 IQ gets you 100 IQ results.
The ugly: roughly 10% of Reddit is owned by TenCent, a Chinese company

I believe they are engineering this to stir up unrest in America. They're using the mob to hit America basically.
It's the same thing we did to HK. https://twitter.com/SwipeWright/status/1277701612107001856
Twitter, let's talk about Twitter.

My twitter is basically a reflection of my competence... reddit is basically the judgement of the masses

People follow other people of similar or better abilities.

My staff is 500 × <50 | 150+ IQ autists, handpicked.
So if a smart person picks their staff, they can leverage a ton of brainpower in ways Reddit cannot.

For crypto, most of the top flight competent people are not on reddit... Vitalik is 10x more active on Twitter.
Say if you want to hear what Elon Musk has to say before there was social media.

You'd have to watch sound bites from some publications that may or may not show the whole picture...

Now?

Twitter follow so you can watch him argue with idiots AND act like one... live.
On reddit, it takes me like 15 min to go through all the news in crypto...

On Twitter it's an endless rabbit hole of alpha and has become a 24/7 job, I need a vacation...
Using Twitter as a platform for headhunting has generated 100x the returns LinkedIn can only dream about.
