Biden says he could see Thanksgiving dinners happening with no more than 10 people there, and that people wear masks while at them.

"I just want to make sure we're able to be there next Thanksgiving, next Christmas."
Biden says he's talked to Asia-Pacific leaders and told them he can't negotiate a new trade deal legally yet.

...but voices a similar argument he and Obama made about the TPP: "we need to be aligned with the other democracies so that we can set the rules of the world"
