Biden says when he & Obama worked on the stimulus after the 2008 crash, "We didn't see a map of red and blue states. It was the United States. We didn't care if the city had voted for us, or against us." He says his mandate from the American people is "they want us to cooperate."

Biden says that the effect of the Trump administration's refusal to cooperate on a transition, as it relates to pandemic response is: "more people may die."

Biden says it's helpful given Trump's resistance to conceding that Harris is on the Senate Intelligence Committee, so that she still gets briefings.

How do you interpret Trump's saying on Twitter "he won," and then saying "I won."?

Biden: "I interpret that as Trumpianism. No change in his modus operandi."

Biden praises the governors of North Dakota and Ohio, both Republicans, for the work they've been doing to help stop the spread of COVID. He says of @ScottWAtlas saying people should resist, "What the hell is the matter with these guys?"

Biden says he could see Thanksgiving dinners happening with no more than 10 people there, and that people wear masks while at them.

"I just want to make sure we're able to be there next Thanksgiving, next Christmas."

Biden says he's talked to Asia-Pacific leaders and told them he can't negotiate a new trade deal legally yet.

...but voices a similar argument he and Obama made about the TPP: "we need to be aligned with the other democracies so that we can set the rules of the world"
