Ok it’s not data but on way home I stopped (16:20) & filmed both sides of Kensington High St where I crossed
Excluding buses & vans I counted 7 cyclists, estimated 10 car drivers/passengers & 3 taxi passengers

Another segment; 8 cars (est 11 total occupancy), 3 taxis (empty) & 9 cyclists. @betterstreetskc
Couple of striking points:
1. Doesn’t really matter what time of day I take shots it’s generally being used (yes there may be time intervals where there’s no activity but same as for cars)
2. Cyclists have such a subtle impact on our streetscape their volume can be underestimated

On the other side, I haven’t counted this but it’s interesting seeing how many people are cycling in a 7 min inc a tandem, cycle cargo delivery, some scooters....but blink & you miss them

I’m not sure if they are planned but would be really good to have time & motion studies with cameras at various points on KHS @RBKC @TfL @willnorman to help count & plan improvements. @betterstreetskc
This isn’t blockbuster stuff, it’s just a video of people getting around including quite a few cyclists & scooters a lot more safely than it was before. #MoreThanA20SecClip

Ok so taking inspiration from @lastnotlost cyclists using cycle lanes at 23:21. I’m using the free 5 min clip version but so far cyclists using the lanes in most clips. @betterstreetskc
Empty roads but cyclists still using the lanes at 23:26. @betterstreetskc
