So now that I’ve calmed down. RAC isn’t the man for the HC job. There are many potential candidates out there that will do a job for the Texans. For me Robert Saleh (49ers DC) is no.1. His fire and passion is MIA in Houston. With a competent GM Texans can get back to winning.
As For GMS a name I’ve seen a lot of is Ed Dodds. Assistant GM for the Colts. He’s been behind a lot of huge league stars and positive organisational moves. I’d love to see what he could do in the top position.
Main thing here to remember is this isn’t a quick fix. Give them 4 years minimum to get to work and see where we are. We have franchise positions sorted. QB, LT and for me Cunningham at MLB are some of them best in the league. Im aware Cunningham has been poor but still produces.
