& in this process, they work as a team, but never interfere in each other's works, but when the time arises, that will help each other

But this doesn't mean anyone of them is weak :)
So Shri #Vishnu being the protector has to take Avatars and is born as a human on this Earth to put an end to adharma, so it's obvious that #Brahma or #Shiva need not take avatars, since Shri #Vishnu takes care of this task.

When we say #Shiva is untouched means , He is free from this cycle of Life and Death , So, #Shiva DIDN'T TAKE ANY AVATARS like Shri #Vishnu. But part of God #Shiva or ansh have always come to uphold Dharma too.
