You know what’s really interesting, in such a self-defeating way?
Not one of the ‘bigger names’ in the gender critical movement support any of the work I’m doing.
Not one.
Do you know why? Meghan Murphy.
She’s been such a problem since day 1 of the Vancouver Billboard.

I really hate addressing this, but the lies have gone on long enough.
Meghan’s actions have hurt and continue to hurt good, hard work.
Her gossiping, her lies, her libel, her willingness to forward troll’s lies, etc. — all of it — is extremely damaging.

It’s not even damaging to me, really.
Personally, whatever, people lie about me all the time.
It’s damaging to the work. And what is the work?
The work is trying to get other people’s voices uplifted!

Back on January 13th of this year, I went to the Surrey Provincial Courthouse, to attend a hearing for Jessica Yaniv.
I went by myself, just purely out of interest, because it’s close to my home, and because I’d been following that crazy saga for a while.

Before the hearing for Jessica Yaniv even got started, there was a recess in court proceedings, so the few of us that were there headed out into the hallway in the courthouse.

I stood there in the hallway just waiting, reading my phone, and I saw Jessica Yaniv and their mother head way down the hall.
As a side note, the courtroom had already been moved from one location to another, and Jessica had already told police that I was stalking them.

In fact, what exactly had happened was as Jessica strolled into the second courtroom, they pointed at me and a woman who was also there, and said something to the police officer like “These two are stalking me just so you know.”

I didn’t know who the other woman was, and I didn’t really know anyone involved in any of this gender debate.
But anyways, when we were having that break in court, after a couple minutes that woman asked me if I had seen where Jessica and their mother had gone.

That woman’s name is Amy Hamm, and she was there covering the story as a freelance journalist for @TPostMillennial that day.
Amy had to use the washroom, you see, and naturally she did NOT want to run into Jessica and their mother in the lavatory.
Nobody does.

For about 15 minutes prior to court in the first courtroom, before we were moved to the second courtroom, I had witnessed very strange behaviour from Jessica.
Mx. Yaniv had already managed to get @TheRealKeean banned from entering the courthouse.

And Mx. Yaniv and their mother were always talking in hushed tones, trying to stay away from listeners.
So anyhoo, that behaviour is what led me to dumbly assume they’d just buggered off somewhere to talk.

When Amy Hamm asked me if I’d seen where they’d gone, I wasn’t certain and said what I thought, and I said it should be fine.
There were several court sheriffs and RCMP officers present in the hallway.
It couldn’t hurt to open the washroom door, right?
Wrong.

She walked down the hall, opened the door to the washroom, saw Yaniv and mother at the mirror, and immediately backed out of there and walked back down the hall towards the courtroom.
Nothing had happened. No big deal.
We had a little chit chat and that was that.

About 5 minutes later, I’m hanging out in the hall by myself, Amy is sitting on a bench, and Jessica Yaniv comes barrelling down the hallway with 3 court sheriffs and an RCMP officer in tow.
Yaniv looms aggressively over her, accusing her of voyeurism and taking pictures.

Called her a dumb B and all that stuff of course, too. Standard Yaniv.
The sheriffs looked at Amy’s phone and of course there were no pictures to be found because the whole thing was a fabrication.

It’s funny the ease with which people just fabricate lies.
Like you’ll soon see more of, with Meghan Murphy.
She’s done so much more damage to the billboard campaign, and other campaigning I’m doing, than any TRA could ever dream of.

Anyway, the sheriffs looked at Amy’s phone, nothing there, that was that, court went on, and the real story of that day wasn’t about what went on in the courtroom, but the things that occurred outside of it.
Here’s the Amy Hamm story: https://thepostmillennial.com/breaking-jessica-yaniv-appears-in-court-confronts-post-millennial-reporter/

The other thing that happened after court that day was Jessica Yaniv punching @TheRealKeean in the head, outside the Courthouse.
Criminal charges were filed and that is ongoing. https://twitter.com/therealkeean/status/1216885630182907904

Yaniv further declared on social media that they had to call an ambulance and go to a rape shelter.
I’m curious — where was the ambulance when Yaniv was busy punching @TheRealKeean in the head?
And how did this brave warrior manage to go on with court that day?

After Yaniv continued to escalate with the lies, I became determined to help Amy, as the only witness to everything that went down.
The constable who was assigned to the case, because of course Yaniv made a criminal complaint, is an officer named Bernard Lapointe.

Bernard Lapointe was, to put it mildly, totally useless.
It would have taken 5 seconds to instantly clear Amy’s name by looking at the CCTV footage.
I went back to the courthouse one day to see where cameras were, and there are literally two pointing at the washroom.

I left voicemails several times for Lapointe, as did Amy, as did lawyers.
I wrote a statement.
He never responded and continued to do nothing for anyone, meanwhile JYS (Jessica has since changed their last name to Simpson) continued their social media spree of terror.

A few months later she was FINALLY cleared. Thanks for getting to it so quickly, Mr. Lapointe!
Well, that was good.
But as you may have noticed, I don’t respond well to bullies. Not for them, anyway.
I’d seen enough of JYS to last me a lifetime.

I learned more and more about the terror spree that JYS had been on since before the ball-waxing Human Rights Tribunals, when JYS’s name finally became public.
One of JYS’s victims happened to be a woman who used to rent my basement suite, with her 1-year-old daughter.

I learned how JYS targets South Asian and Punjabi women. https://thepostmillennial.com/the-truth-about-jessica-yaniv-is-beginning-to-emerge

And I learned that Amy Hamm is really smart.
We messaged a little on Twitter about JYS of course, and I read some of Amy’s articles.
Ironically enough, given how this thread started, I read Amy’s articles in Feminist Current — Meghan Murphy’s publication.

I reached out to thank her.

Basically reading every single night, watching as somehow things got worse and worse every week.

My original idea was to do a fundraiser but that doesn’t work.
Trans rights activists would contact all the sign companies and scare them into shutting it down.
So I literally worked a side hustle to earn more income, late at night, and just got it done.

I’m more comfortable doing media now, and more knowledgeable — but my vision for that billboard at least was it would be so much more powerful if there were a man and woman, working together, in full transparency, not hiding behind anonymity.
