Mykale Garrett, former Dominion project manager, now goes by Kelly Garrett and is the Mayor of Lathrup Village, Michigan. Conveniently left Dominion in 2019 to become involved heavily in Michigan politics having a full understanding of the machines in a swing-state?

FYI Ms. Garrett was elected as DNC Vice Chair of Oakland County in 17 while she worked at Dominion executing a 25 million $ contract between the State of Michigan & Dominion. She also was serving as Mayor Pro Tempore.

Kelly Garrett is related to Wayne County Clerk Cathy Garrett. See page 5 for an email from Garrett. Apparently, there were problems in Aug 2018 primary. Says 9 out of 9 Wayne County communities with Dominion equipment had trouble with their scanners.
