1st May 2018, I joined Leverage Edu straight after graduating out of @VIT_univ. I hail from a relatively small town (Bankura in WB) and to have the opportunity to work under @Akshay001's inspiring leadership was a no-brainer & New Delhi, a dream come true.

May 2018 turned out to be our biggest month thus far. It was a big one for @leverageedu, but for me too. Saved the champagne cork from that day - my first ever & at the company. (PS - I like my whiskey neat & on the rocks now)

Early days meant bigger milestones every day and having a small Paneer Pakoda and Samosa treat from all those Hanuman Mandir shops in CP was our guilty pleasure. The Office Boy forgot a chutney on this day, lol @Akshay001

I transitioned between various roles, something I obviously wanted to do, the next 1.5 years I went on to work across Sales, Data Analytics, Ops, KAM, Marketplace, Finance, EA to CEO & now I lead the lovely & exciting International Office at @UnivalleyDotCom by @leverageedu

Remember going back to my alma mater @VIT_univ early 2019 to recruit my immediate juniors and now some of the rockstars who work till this date, now in senior roles. How many can you spot in this Group discussion sheet? :)

First Board Meeting - Travelled to namma Bengaluru this fine day, then representing the KAM & Marketplace Department. Next day presenting at the Blume House and then a 12-hour UK Uni cold call stint just before @Akshay001 left for London. Just another day @leverageedu

Moving across departments taught me all I know about the business today as I enjoyed almost all my life milestones with the company and my work family. One of my fondest memories was when we moved to Def Col from CP. A picture from one of those early Def Col days below

One of my most fulfilling memories across my roles was that of cracking Recruitment partners PAN India in late October 2019. What a thrill to understand the business from the grass-root local players, some of these players to date are our Best performing Recruitment Partners!

My early days @leverageedu took me to live in Sarai Rohilla near Karol Bagh. I remember celebrating Diwali at @Akshay001's place - late night, @Hey_Its_Shubham losing to @amanarora2709. One of my most memorable nights at the company.

A BIG MILESTONE - The 1 Cr month. It was a big day for everyone and a day that helped me reminisce the amazing growth the company had achieved and I, with it.

On a low-key note some @amanarora2709 and me pictures to brighten your day, sharing laughs, stealing my food. The regular stuff.

Attended a highlighting formal event with @digvijaygagneja & @Akshay001 at the @etr_in reminded me of desk jobs at @ASMEVIT @ASMEdotorg @ecotitans ofcourse! @leverageedu also won the ETR Emerging Ed-tech startup of the year award this year.

Ending this thread to put through something important for any 21-23 yo out there like me - you would always have a choice to either chose a bigger brand for your first company or a smaller company with a cause you are more passionate about, choose the latter, always. <contd.>
