Font sees it as crucial that the right people are chosen for the right jobs. Board members should have expertise in the area that they are allocated in and should guide decisions based on their own intellectual knowledge.
Therefore, this would not only aid in the smooth running of the club but would also prevent the constant mismanagement that we have experienced in recent years. A vital pillar to a strong team, is the expertise and apprehension within it.
2. A new economical model
FC Barcelona, as we know is owned by its members. Unlike teams such as PSG or Manchester City, it is not owned by any group or anyone specifically for that matter.

In order to maximise economic efficiency, Font believes that it is vital that FC Barcelona sells itself to the whole world. A clear example of this is the documentary Pique made when Griezmann initially rejected Barcelona in 2018.
While most fans saw this video as a sign of disrespect, Font saw it as an opportunity. He believes that if Barcelona made more of this type of content, and can strike new partnerships with various media companies, its economy could benefit greatly.
FC Barcelona could be helped by this brand exposure, and export its image throughout the world. In turn, this could attract great interest from all over, providing an enrichment into its economy.
3. Yes to the future, and Yes to La Masia
In recent years, Barcelona's basic roots have been slowly decaying. Under Bartomeu, this board was solely focused on mega-signings, and often disregarded the talent that we have within. Consequently, many bright prospects left the club.

Thiago, Cucurella, Carlez Perez, just to name a few. Under his project, Font promises to invest in the youth once again. The footballing school that made Puyol, Xavi, Messi, Iniesta, will once again be brought back into central focus.
Players who hold the Barca DNA, and know the style of play are the best placed to succeed. This is what makes Font's project so exciting, as he revitalizes the ideals that have been lost under the previous presidency. @sialfutur!!!!

One idea that Font has promised, is to have former players holding positions of power within the club. One of them will be Xavi Hernandez, who is expected to become the manager under this project.

Having Xavi as manager is crucial to the future success of this club. Not only does he know the values of the club inside and out, but he promises to implement them on the pitch too. A Cruyffista at heart, Xavi longs to bring back the style of play that has been missing.
This reiterates the point once again, that the club should be run from top to bottom, with people who truly know FC Barcelona within. Therefore, it is an easy choice to make. After 7 years of preparation and hard work, Victor Font is the man to lead our new project!!
