Here are my thoughts this Monday morning; working out.

I have a lot of friends who are full time streamers, play video games as a hobby etc. I admire your passion and determination. However, I ask you this: how often do you stretch in between games?
I ask this because if you’re streaming for more than 8 hours a day I hope you are at least stretching, staying hydrated etc. because sitting in front of a screen and sitting in a chair for long periods of time can take a toll on you. How does this revolve around working out?
A good balance to go along with what you love is always key. Being active is key. You don’t have to be someone you saw in a magazine or whatever but think about being the better version of yourself health wise and I promise you’ll have a better output on or off camera.
Here’s a good tip every morning, get a good stretch in, do a lil bit of everything (push ups, sit ups, jumping jacks) get the blood pumping. Doing these little things right here makes a huge difference.
