I've been hunting this puppy for a while. McCormick introduced Salad Supreme in 1966. Seems it either didn't sell well or was so delicious it didn't sit around for decades in the backs of cabinets.
Ah it is still made by @mccormickspices, apparently it's been popular. Ingredients have changed a bit in 45 years.
