If you’re curious, Judiciary Cmte includes Senators Graham, Hawley, Lee, Cruz, Blackburn, VP-elect Harris, Klobuchar, Blumenthal, Whitehouse among others. Many lawyers, tech competence. Zuckerberg misled this committee in 2018 about cover-ups tied to 2016 election harms on FB.
Facebook settled related claims with SEC and FTC for more than $5B and avoided deposition of Zuckerberg and senior executives. There is related discovery on these matters tied to several state AG investigations. And outstanding subpoenas threatened against him in Canada and UK.
It's been more than two months Court said it would soon determine whether Zuckerberg, Sandberg, Kaplan and/or Schrage will have to provide discovery, deposition and possibly testify regarding the cover-up. There should be ***a lot*** more attention on this.

two of the Senators ( @SenKamalaHarris and @SenWhitehouse) who probed on the timeline/awareness are still on Judiciary and Zuckerberg gave false testimony in my judgment. for what it's worth, nailing Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg on his likely perjury in covering up his Cambridge Analytica knowledge (then settling any federal risk of insider trading or consumer protection) would be the most bad-ass VP-elect move in history. One can dream.
