Our research emphasises that while we’re all in the same storm, we’re clearly not all in the same boat.

This is particularly clear for BAME renters, and renters who have had a fall in income since March, or who expect a fall in November (2/5)
And renting households who have had a fall in income since March are being placed in impossible situations with spending on household essentials (3/5)
Around 700,000 GB renting households are in rental arrears , and 350,000 households have had their landlord discuss eviction with them. We estimate that around ÂŁ400 million of rental arrears have already been accrued.

Action is needed now to keep renters afloat (4/5).
