Wash, rinse and repeat. Oh and HELOC means home equity line of credit.
Also, while I’m not opposed to debt, I’m conservative with it. I could have leveraged more but wasn’t comfortable. Instead of spending the extra cash flow, or borrowing high LTV’s to scale bigger, I used rents to bang down those mortgages. Snowball method—smallest first.
