2. Do reverse pyramid training
Warm up, then your heaviest weight for 4-6 reps, then remove 10-15% and do 6-8 reps, then remove another 10-15% and do 8-10 reps.

5. 200 calorie surplus.
This is the sweet spot. It’s just enough to gain muscle and you won’t spill over or get fat.
