Awareness is not about turning you sober, it is not about judging you, it won't label you and it will not "tell" you what to do.

Awareness is exactly what it says it is raising awareness, along with promoting and respecting choices, improving wellbeing and providing support. 2/
Next, ask yourself the following questions:

Am I in control?

Is this moderation?

Am I comfortable with the amount I drink?

Am I comfortable with what I’m drinking?

What impact is my drinking having on those around me? 5/
These quizzes should only take a couple of minutes and should give you an indication of how much you are drinking and the risks involved. The questions should also indicate whether you have an appetite for change. 6/
