The Top Picks try to recommend whats most relevant to you right now, it aims for a balance of things you know already and new content to break you out of your bubble. It can also move now. But in moderation, because too much animation would be annoying.
Stations based on your taste in general or artists you like appear in more places now. Your personal station is what plays when you ask Siri "Play Music I like" and for me it works great almost 95% of the time. Now you can access it in the UI as well.
The mixes generated for you on a weekly basis now give you more context on what to expect within, helping you to decide faster if it is what you want right now.
