2. Sit or lie down which ever is most comfortable.
3. Close your eyes and breathe as relaxed as possible.
4. Visualize yourself in the middle of a Forest.

5. You hear a waterfall, follow the sound of the waterfall.
6. You walk past ancient trees, the wind is blowing their leaves, you can hear the sound.
7. You begin to see sand and an ocean. Keep walking towards the waterfall.
8. You are walking on the ocean water.
PART 3.

9. You are now facing the waterfall.
10. Feel the force of the water but see how tranquil the ocean is.

12. You are now past the waterfall and in a cave with the waterfall behind you.

13. In this cave there is a pool that glows lights of colors you have never seen before.

15. Key step. Reach into your heart chakra and pull out a key. The key will be unique for everyone.
16. Insert the key in the pool of lights.
