So: 1. green policy won’t lose your voters in Stoke (if it's sensible) @PickardJE . 2. Nor will it win you votes there: it’s not their tier 1 issue, and Starmer will be just as credible 3. It takes a lot of govt bandwidth, so what else you do is more constrained.
