From our poll of 2000 11-16-year-olds, we found out that in spite of the COVID-19 Pandemic, bullying is still a serious problem, with 1 in 3 children saying they have been bullied in the last 6 months.

1 in 5 of the children polled told us they experience bullying once or more per week.

It also suggests that Covid-19 has affected how bullying takes place, w/ rising numbers of children reporting incidents online or in their communities compared to our 2019 survey & fewer children saying they had been bullied in school.

Although the lengthy closure of schools for most children seems likely to account for a drop in bullying in school settings, 38% were anxious about returning to school because they feared suffering bullying behaviour

Campaign
