The tl's split again and stresses are high so I won't mention names but will try to go through it very generally.
Supporters of UTR and supporters of the MMM have been compared and contrasted, with varying degrees of merit, as have been the events themselves.

It is true that UTR and similar events were probably more vulnerable to their attendees being screwed by the System than MAGA marches. Two reasons
-explicitly DR/3P individuals are more likely to be in its crosshairs
-greater density of volatile actors (perhaps even agents prov)
-explicitly DR/3P individuals are more likely to be in its crosshairs
-greater density of volatile actors (perhaps even agents prov)
That said, MAGA marches are still subject to the same issues, and have two risk factors over UTR-style events
-no inoculation against poor in/op sec
-greater total # of attendees (more moving parts: more that can f* up. more surface area: more engagements with System-backed scum)

Both types of events have, in my estimation, a legitimate core. One type was set up to oppose dispossession and iconoclasm wrt the White Race. The other type to oppose election fraud and Deep State palace coups.
Yes, the specific instances of Lee park being permanently renamed some phony rainbow garbage and the removal of CSA monuments were probably battles lost for the day, to be won some time later. Similarly, the Trump's fate is to be decided by the judiciary and lawyers, it seems.
Critics of both type of events vary. Some militants opposed the former while supporting the latter, and vice versa. Some peaceful optics pushers support the former while opposing the latter, and vice versa. Some oppose both. Some support both. The reasons are too long to list.
Boiling it down to main arguments, however, anti-UTR sentiment was largely "Associating Trumpism with Nazis hurts the best chance West Civ chauvinists have".
Anti-MMM sentiment is largely "Orange Man failed. Stop giving him clout, and risking life, liberty, and limb to do so."

The responses, generally and respectively, were:
"No. Let's put an end to being shamed by our enemies by being called Knotzees, and focus on common goals."
"No. We must make our presence known, despite Trump's flaws, so the Deep State knows we are not to be messed with."

"No. We must make our presence known, despite Trump's flaws, so the Deep State knows we are not to be messed with."
What was learned from this dialectic? Hopefully (and I project my own views, obviously):
"We are not ready yet to join incompatible elements of the DR/3P in a coalition for a final push. Let's focus on institution-building instead, like legal defense networks."
and for MMM

and for MMM
-type events:
"Even though we are willing to oppose the Deep State in person, let Trump's lawyers figure out the main workings. Let's focus on community and institution-building which can outlast Trump; e.g. legal defense networks."

Unfortunately, it doesn't seem that such lessons will be learned- or if they will be, it may be too little and too late.
