Firefox is upsettingly janky lately (especially with extensions) but it still has DNS over https as a default which is also very good! You can enable it in Chromium based browsers https://www.howtogeek.com/660088/how-to-enable-dns-over-https-in-google-chrome/
Oh and as people have been saying in the comments - *every* website is spying on you, as is your device, so you should be using this stuff all the time and be thinking about your operating system too
