Today I met Pat who said I could share his story with you. Three years ago he lost his wife, Suzy, while she was crossing the street at this intersection. The only change in the last three years was the addition of some street signs.

In fact, of the six memorial locations that were chosen for today only two have seen minor improvements. No major redesigns. What is it going to take to achieve @VisionZeroJC by 2026?
