I've discovered something about billionaire oil investor and GOP donor Toby Neugebauer who funded and led the pro-Cruz Keep The Promise II PAC in 2015/16.

He's also on the board of Communio Foundation, which partnered w/ Cambridge Analytica & Gloo to target churches. /1

If LoudDoor had AIM data in March 2016, how did they obtain that info?

A common denominator is Toby Neugebauer.

Neugebauer was on the board of COFI which worked w/ Live the Life (of which AIM is a program).

His KTP II paid LoudDoor $300k on 2/23/16! /17
The potentially explosive possibility is Neugebauer took Communio's/COFI's audience of Adventures in Marriage participants and specifically targeted them for political purposes via his Keep The Promise II PAC, which contracted with Cambridge Analytica and LoudDoor in 2015/16. /18
