the best way i can think to explain this is with that bojack horseman episode where bojack, who we see groom a child during the show, accidentally said something minorly pro women and ppl labelled him as a feminist, so he went along w it bc he was praised.
this isn't saying men can't ever want to wear feminine clothing. this isnt saying all men on tik tok who dress feminine are abusers. im saying that some are exploiting the image u get by wearing feminine stuff for followers, views, and worst case, genuinely predatory behavior
also im talking about cis men.
