READ

Reading helps you understand yourself and the world around you.

People who read find it easier to make decisions, plan and prioritize.

Reading can also reduce stress.

Great way to build confidence.
STEP OUT OF YOUR COMFORT ZONE

Us humans can be creatures of habit, getting too comfortable causes us lack the confidence to try new things.

Your nerves and anxiety will reduce each time you try something new, and you may well find what completes you.
EXERCISE

I don't need to explain this one, everyone knows why exercise increases confidence. I recommend a combination of both cardio and strength training and be sure to drinks lots of water and break a sweat.

A sauna afterword's can also makes you feel like a king.
BE PRODUCTIVE

Confident people are productive. Confidence never stops growing with progress. If you're patient, committed and consistent you will progress.

Don't quit, but don't stick to something you hate just not to be a quitter. Learn and move on, that's progress too.
DON'T COMPARE YOURSELF TO OTHERS

Comparison puts focus on the wrong person, make YOU your main focus.

We waste valuable energy focusing on other people that we could have put into improving ourselves.
POSTURE

To stand confidently, keep your legs aligned with your shoulders, don't slump your shoulders and stand up straight. Keep your head up and keep eye contact when engaging with others.

Bad posture makes people treat you with contempt, which is bound to kill confidence.
DRESS WELL

Same goes for exercise, if you don't like what you see in the mirror that is a huge hit to your confidence, So change the reflection.

Go and buy some new clothes that make YOU feel good.

You don't need to spend big to dress well.
