If it does, here’s some info. A secure web server is https://[IP Address] or will have an address that belongs to the company. Saying “secure” in the address doesn’t make it secure! This is Phishing. If you fall for it you type your ID & PW into a fake site that records & uses it
So how do you tell? You can verify by typing the DOMAIN NAME into:

https://who.is 
or
https://lookup.icann.org
