When you tell some ppl you’re not interested in a romantic relationship their 1st assumption is you must be career-focused then and social climbing, or you must be reeling from trauma. Tell them it’s neither one of those things and you simply don’t desire a romantic relationship?

Then you’re all types of “delusional” and “liar” and “bitter” and all types of things *they are projecting* onto you that has absolutely nothing to do with you. It’s their one size fit all knee jerk response due to *their own lives* and of course socialization.

These replies reveal a particular irony to me. People *still* cannot work past the idea that some ppl don’t desire romantic relationships. They’re still trying to push topic back to that despite my tweets being clear. Wasn’t about “rejecting” anyone...for another someone.
