
He reads the game so well and seems to have this great habit of sniffing out danger and stealing the ball away from attackers. I think his pace is a bit underrated - he has this great short area quickness that allows him to pounce on any loose balls and remove the danger
He did incredibly well out of possession. When he doesn’t initially win the ball here, he immediately tracks Ash Hunter’s run. While he doesn’t get the block in, he closes the space down enough to force Hunter to put a weak ball into the box which is easily cleared
Here we see Tutte shadowing Hunter again. Note how much AT is turning his head making sure he’s always aware of the forwards position. He doesn’t allow him any space to operate and Salford are forced to have a shot from range
41st minute now and Tutte has the unenviable task of marking Ian Henderson. But he sticks to him like glue. Henderson didn’t have any joy despite roaming all over the pitch to find space - a big part of why he was so quiet was Tutte’s shadowing of him
