I made some kof 98 palettes with palmod, because of how bored I was #KOF #king

oh boy, while making this one I noticed a mapping error on the shoes in the top-left sprite, it uses the same colour as the earrings. people in the palmod server said it should be fixed soon. Other than that I really like this one
