But the key point is that DOJ and Powell and Jenna Elllis all seemed to be working closely together. For those asking what Judge Sullivan will do w/this, I don't know. He wrote 95-page opinion in December pointing out how ridiculous Powell's prior arguments were. Given that he's dealing with BOTH Powell's ridiculous arguments AND DOJ's 5 different ridiculous args, it'll be long.
I have no idea whether Sullivan knows HOW BAD the document alteration is bc apparently only Politico and I are interested in big scandals like that.
But if he sees it, he'll be furious.
