Since 2008, Britney Spears has been under a conservatorship giving her father complete control of her daily life and finances, including the power to decide who Britney associates herself with (both personally and professionally) #FreeBritney

Following the conservatorship, interviews with Britney started become increasingly monitored and controlled to make sure she didn't speak out of turn. #FreeBritney

Jeff Raymond would come to manage the press operation that sought to keep Britney silenced. The first time his name appears as Britney's publicist was in 2011 when Brand Sense was suing Lou Taylor for breach of contract. He declined to comment. #FreeBritney

Jeff Raymond was frequently involved in articles throughout Britney's relationship with Jason Trawick. Here he is denying engagement rumors. #FreeBritney

But the relationship between Jason Trawick and Britney was tumultuous and included allegations of physical violence. Recordings reveal her dad was going to sell stories to the press to make it seem like Britney and Jason were still together when they were not. #FreeBritney

Despite all this, Britney and Jason would get engaged in December of 2011, something her dad most certainly had to approve of, and her father would go on to add Jason as a co-conservator to share legal control of Britney with him. #FreeBritney

This kickstarted the #FreeBritney movement into full gear as fans began to understand the truth behind the control these people have had over Britney Spears for the last 12 years.

And later 2019, Jeff Raymond was grabbing Britney by the wrist and pulling her around the event. #FreeBritney

Jeff Raymond was also there when Britney showed up for 2 minutes at the Daytime Beauty Awards and then immediately left. Since then, we have not seen Jeff Raymond with Britney, although she hasn't done any press. #FreeBritney

We understand that it is not unusual for celebrities to have a publicist. But it IS unusual for celebrities to be under a conservatorship, and we have no reason to believe that Britney was given any choice as to who her publicist is. #FreeBritney

What we do know is that Jeff Raymond creepily monitors every word Britney says, as if to make sure she doesn't say anything out of line. He physically shuffles her around press events, lied to the press and tried to spin a narrative to cover up the #FreeBritney movement.
