Thank you to those who came to our town hall last night on “Presidential Incapacity and the Constitution”! I felt it was extraordinarily special, touching on the most critical issue of our day, as the tragicomedy of having a totally incapacitated president continues to play out.
The drama in Washington was only one example. It may be hard to believe what people believe, but emotional drive is what makes delusions possible. The need to create for oneself a desired reality, such as that one is a “winner” or a deadly pandemic is a “hoax”....
... overrides rational thinking. The longer he stays and the more he is allowed to continue to spread his symptoms, the more damaged and traumatized the nation will later be. What is wrong with our Constitution that it cannot protect a nation’s safety? is a question we asked.
