I find two approaches being taken by Chrislamonaxals when it comes to Hindu festivals.

1. Secularize and co-opt them. Take Hinduism out of them.
2. Make something up to guilt trip hindus who often hurt themselves to meet others demands.

I’ve been thinking why that is.

I have narrowed it to two reasons.

1. Rank jealousy. Their festivals are violent or drab or in general have no joy in them. Hardly original. In fact left has no joy in life period.

So they make ourselves miserable to make themselves feel better.

Reason 2: our festivals, our traditions and culture untie Hindus all over the world. People that have no common language are untied by traditions and culture.

So they go after that to break those traditions to destroy what’s common to us all.

Unfortunately there are many Hindus who fail to see through this and actually help the Chrislamonaxals in this effort.

I tell them bollocks.

Hindu traditions and festivals are beautiful and joyous occasions. Let’s enjoy them.

Ignore anyone who tries to guilt trip you. If they tell you people use lot of water in holi, ask them ‘and?’ And see them shrink. Don’t get defensive. Just ignore them.

Collect stats about their festivals. Show them a lie of theirs will be met by a fact of ours.

Pass on your traditions to your kids. Celebrate with friends and family, virtually this year but hopefully in person soon.

Live your life the way you have lived.
