Congress is at the Cross roads. They must decide what their objective is:
1. Power; or
2. National interest.

This is tricky.
If their choice is power,  then they must win elections. The measure of success is simple. How many seats they win. Over the last 6.5 years, the..1/n
..journalists and many political commentators have discarded governance as the measure of success to evaluate the ruling party. The apply governance only to measure Congress performance in the past and obviously ignore Congress successes in electoral politics in the...2/n
..last 60 odd years.

This is quite simply a devious double standard foisted by RSS-BJP clan & mindlessly repeated by millions especially journos.

If thr choice is working for national interest then its a very long & ardous task. But results will take long. The measure of...3/n
..success for this is not no of seats won. But the ground level work done. The problem for this option  is getting workers aligned with the thinking that results won't show instantly.
It requires stamina. Many in Congress look for instant results and get disappointed...4/n
