Look - I have no concern that I’ll have issues if I catch COVID.
But getting sick means shutting down my sm business until I get better. Can’t let my employees down. W2 folks don’t get that.

It’s easy when the only adverse consequence of you getting sick is that you get to hang at home (and if you’re already WFH then maybe no consequences?) for 2 weeks until you get better
I only single out these people (W2 anti-maskers
