Now: I have no opinion on Abiy, pro or against. A lot of criticisms can be dumped at his door. But notice how the first Western reportage initially ignored the attack on federal forces and simply said Abiy "claimed" TPLF attacked first. Hmm...
Let's remember Tronvoll decided to play armchair tactician for the Tigray forces. BTW, what the hell was he suggesting in terms of "access to the sea"? Invading another sovereign country? Enticing an ally? In other words, some light war-mongering while he pushes "talks."
