I remember at the Clone Wars panel at Comic-Con after season 3 someone asked when Ahsoka switched her lightsaber form from Shien to Jar'Kai and a lot of the people in the crowd were like "shut the fuck up nerd!"
Tarkin has sucked ass his whole life. A lifelong toilet. He chugs piss and eats shit.
Every floor in this show is like a foot thick, and they just climb through the holes in them when theyre still glowing hot after being cut.
People being really upset that Evan Peel died because some book or comic had him surviving Order 66. Woof.
It's too bad the Citadel warden wasn't successful in killing Tarkin.
Felucia is so pretty
I love Ahsoka's reaction to learning that she's going to be hunted down "Hunt us down? Ugh." like it's just this shitty thing she has to deal with today.
Also the shithead lizard keeps calling her a Jedi Youngling when she is a Padawan. Read a book dummy.
This show is wild. You straight up see children die.
Chewbacca! What a Wookiee!
(In reference to Cad Bane) "Who else wears a har like that?"
Dave Filoni! Ayyyyy
Cad Bane is a huge need and I kissed his dad lol
Also I like that Bane, Morales Eval, and "Rako Hardeen" are in the same type of yacht as the Lady Luck.
Dooku tells the Selkath "your people were once a peaceful race. How far they have fallen." and that's a real bummer because Manaan was cool.
Dooku knows that Palpatine is Darth Sirius, so his involvement in the plot to assassinate Palpatine on Naboo raises questions.
I guess that's the point. Obi-Wan makes a big deal about Anakin needing to react the way one would expect him to in order to sell it to the other side. But that's why Dooku is consistently at the center of any plot against Palpatine.
Is there a Countess Dooku?😘😘😘
Spider Maul is dope as hell. I wish he'd stayed that way.
The Onderon arc is cool because it introduces Saw Gerrera, a character defined by his inability to chill.
Ilum is rad as hell, and it's cool as hell that the entrance to the cave in Jedi Fallen Order is so similar to the one presented here.
The Gathering is a truly great episode and would have worked perfectly as a standalone. The rest of the arc is enjoyable enough, but it would've been fine without it.
Hondo Onaka official policy.
I love that Hondo is straight up wasted during the younglings' acrobatic performance.
Hondo has got to be the easiest character to write, because you don't have to worry about being consistent. He does what suits him, and occasionally he has principles. Just write an earnest swashbuckler who is amused by whatever is going on and you're good.
The ice meteor shower would not pull them out of hyperspace. All the other stuff I've read only has that happening when approaching a major gravitational body, like a black hole.
You apparently don't learn Bo-Katan's name until she introduces herself to Obi-Wan. Bummer there wasn't more of her with Satine.
In retrospect it's extremely obvious that Bariss was the saboteur.
It also should obvious to Ahsoka that the person she fights at the munitions factory isn't Ventress. Bariss isn't remotely the same size as she is.
Somehow I never put together that the lightsabers Bariss has when she gets caught are Ventress'.
I've already said this, but Tarkin sucks ass and is a toilet ass loser.
Ahsoka says something like "my master will find the real killer." and Tarkin replies "then maybe he should be looking at you!" Terrible comeback. You should be ashamed of yourself you fuccin nerd.
Oh evidently they state explicitly that the lightsabers are Ventress'. Guess I forgot that lol.
Goddamn, the end of The Wrong Jedi is so good. When it aired I don't think I realized there was going to be a partial sixth season, so I'd figured that was the end of the show. While the actual ending was much better, I definitely think that would've worked well as the ending.
Alright, season 6. I've only watched this and 7 once, so it'll be interesting to revisit this.
The mistaken Order 66 arc I remember being pretty good. Also, Cyber Trench.
"You experienced drag in the vacuum of space?" Very good stuff.
If I were Shaak Ti I would simply not leave 5s alone with the Kaminoan doctor who clearly has something to hide.
Not a good time to be serving under Anakin in any capacity
5s is the only death in this show that really upsets me. He was so close go revealing Order 66 and failed. Such a bummer.
"These are war profiteers. I've exposed that before. Nobody cares." I love beaten down Padmé.
The banking clan's vault looks like a crypto farm.
"Much distrust is focused upon you" is so wonderfully blunt.
Jealous Anakin is scary
"I believe in the banks. The system works." Very good dialogue.
dialog. The fuck is the Senate voting to confirm someone as head of the banks? The politics of the Old Republic is absolute nonsense and that's exactly why it fell.
I zoned out for a good chunk of this arc and thought, "oh darn I must have missed some of the nuance" but then I thought, "actually, I probably didn't."
Clovis is such a fuckin shithead man. Anakin beat the shit out of him earlier even when it was inadvisable to do so and now that Clovis is losing all his power and Anakin is attacking him for military purposes he grapples and points his gun at Padmé. Come on. Don't be dumb.
"Long live the banks!" Again, subtlety is for cowards.
"Representative BINKS?" is hands down the funniest line in this show. It's the writers being like, "yeah we really just wanted to do some Jar Jar episodes, we don't care if the pretext for it makes sense."
Jar Jar fucks
It is with a heavy heart that I must announce that Jar Jar fucks
Also the Bardottans are right to label the Jedi as kidnappers
God this is such a weird arc.
