The strawberry shortcake was probably the 2nd ever food art I made. I had so much trouble with it and did whatever I could to make it look good & I still hated it in the end after 5 revisions. It took me a long time to get the courage to repaint this until just recently. 1/2
But in my mind I thought that one day I'll repaint this & finally do one of my favorite cakes justice. So I kept that in mind and drew easier food art and just basically honing my skills and getting better. Until I found the confidence and skills, finally to draw this again. 2/2
