Sergio Agüero is the competitions 4th highest goal-scorer in the prem and the highest goal-scorer in the last decade. He has 180 goals and 46 assists for City in the prem despite having played only 265 games. Everyone in the top 5 has played more than 400 games.
When he netted against Burnley in the 2018/19 season, he marked his 20th goal that season which means he had scored 20+ goals in 6th consecutive league seasons, equalling Thiery Henry's record and 1 below Alan Shearer (7th)
In the game vs Aston Villa last season that ended 6-0, Sergio Agüero scored a hat-trick which was his 12th of the competition, and it eclipsed Alan Shearer's record (11) to become the competition top hat-trick scorer. This while playing 176 games lesser than Shearer.
In the same game, his second goal saw him becoming the Premier League's highest non-scoring Englishman with 177 goals, overtaking the great Thiery Henry at 175 (Henry has played fewer games). What a lad

Sergio Agüero also has a ridiculous record when playing against the "Big Six", he has netted a total of 54 times in 82 games. No other footballer has more since his debut in 2011 (Jamie Vardy and Harry Kane are 2nd and 3rd). He scorers the important goals in big games.
The efficiency of the Argentine infront of goal has also been proven when he recorded the best goal-to-minute ratio in the Premier League with it being 106.5 minutes between every goal (Harry Kane is second with 120.1 and Thierry Henry with 121).
He was once questioned by Guardiola in 2017 when he was dropped but came back with ridiculous numbers to back himself. He has also scored 5 goals in 20 minutes in 2015. He ALSO has the most number of POTM awards in the league. Sergio Agüero hasn't stopped since 2011

He is without a doubt to me the best striker in the competition's history but I know Thierry Henry was a fabulous footballer and Agüero might fall short. Nonetheless, the comparisons to Kane, Drogba, Van Persie
I just don't understand. Respect to one of the GOAT.
