Messed up the cheating. Forced more of the "TOPES" to be imposed by the Voting machines than the
AMOUNT the cheaters had planned for!

Press reports day of Elections-SOME Voters noticed a "Q" preceeding their # on their paper receipt they were give.
Smartmatic insisted that this was IMPOSSIBLE. Yet-there was PROOF on the paper receipts...

i.e.-Changing Voting Locations, causing some voters being unable to vote; change of poll workers at last minute; failed to expunge DEAD VOTERS from registry; etc.
