Yet, no oil was handed over by KRG. Deal fell apart.

KRG hasn't opened its public sector employee books, doesn't contribute fair share to federal budget. (vsv Basra?)

Not taking Baghdad's side on this either as former PMs used tensions with KRI to agitate sectarian politics.
Using the word "starvation" inclines intent to do harm to the Kurdish people. Yes, if this was Saddam's Iraq. That's not the case today.

Baghdad has been sending Mil$ to KRG w/o KRI oil handover/non oil revenues for years. No systematic starvation policy it appears.

Take a tour of Baghdad, you will be surprised how many Kurds or ppl of Kurdish origin are there. Go to Basra, see how ppl there love Kurds from bottom of their heats.
"Starve" comes from 2003 divisive politics that got us here in first place.
