2/3. Navel oranges are the best variety for eating, they can be identified as having a funny navel like thing at its bottom, from inside they look like they have small pieces near the navel. This variety has thin skin which is easy and pleasant to chew on.
3/3. Easiest non messy way of eating it, cut off the top then slit the peel on a quarter basis, then remove the peel. Needless to say, go for organic oranges, and better buy directly from farmers, everything can be shipped these days. With 3 oranges a day you can forget the flu
